Who we are

This website is run by Sharing World, Madagascar. We are responsible for the personal data described in this statement.

Questions about your data? Email us at info@example.com.

What we collect

Inquiry and contact forms: your name, company, email, phone, country, the product and quantity you ask about, and your message.

Newsletter: only your email address.

To stop spam and abuse we also save the date and time and your IP address with each form.

Cookies: see our cookie policy. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them.

Why we use it (legal basis)

To answer your inquiry, send you a quote and follow up on an order — because you asked us to (steps before a contract, and our legitimate business interest).

To send our newsletter and to use analytics — only with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

To protect the website against spam and misuse — our legitimate interest.

We never sell your details and we do not use them for automated decisions.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and contact messages: up to 2 years after our last contact, so we can follow up on your order. Longer only if the law requires it (for example invoices).

Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

Who processes it

Only our own sales team reads your messages.

Our email provider and our hosting provider store and process the data for us, under contract and only on our instructions. If you accept analytics, Google (Google Analytics) receives anonymous usage data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may store data in other countries. When data leaves your country, we use providers that protect it with suitable safeguards, such as standard contract clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive a copy. You can withdraw your consent (newsletter, analytics) at any time — this does not affect what we did before.

Visitors from the European Union have these rights under the GDPR and may also complain to their data protection authority. Visitors from other countries may have similar rights under their local data protection law.

To use your rights, email info@example.com. We answer within 30 days.
