Overview

Colour and mild flavour

Pink peppercorns are the dried berries of the Brazilian pepper tree, which grows well in Madagascar. They are not true pepper: the taste is sweet, fruity and only lightly spicy.

Many uses

They add colour and a soft flavour to pepper blends, sauces, desserts and gift packs.
